    Our Lady of Loreto Conchó is a Jesuit Mision considered Head and Mother of the Missions of Alta and Baja California . It was founded by the Jesuit Juan Maria Salvatierra, in the Monguí territory, in the region that the indigenous people called Conchó, on October 25, 1697.
